Re-Energize Your Intentions

In this 1.5 hour workshop, enjoy the comfort of your home and be guided through steps to re-energize what you want for yourself in life right now. Perhaps you didn't have the chance to attend the Intention Setting Workshop in January. No worries - this class is for everyone! It is an opportunity to take time for yourself, to reflect on what is important, and set forth a path for moving forward. Led by Reiki Master Michelle Bachna and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Jen Potocnik, you'll be guided through meditations, reflections and intention energizing. It is an opportunity to set aside time for yourself to truly reflect and turn inward to unleash your inner power to move forward.

Spring Silent Retreat (in-person)

Mindfulness Meditation Retreat for Beginners

Join a small group of participants in a silent retreat spanning 4 nights, The retreat begins Wednesday evening and ends Sunday late morning, This is an opportunity to practice for a dedicated amount of time in a small group setting. Participants receive an introduction to meditation and supportive tools for practice during the retreat. Sign up to stay updated on retreat registration and details. This retreat is open to all levels. No prior meditation experience is needed.
