Meet the Lead Teachers:

Jen + Katie

Sisters who share experience and a common interest in supporting children and adults in dealing with anxiety, lack of focus, ADHD or ADD.

Jen has been teaching and coaching mindfulness techniques to children and adults since 2015. She is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, and Certified Integrative Health Coach; studying mindfulness since 2012. She enjoys sharing mindfulness in a fun, engaging way.

Katie has been working with children and families for the past 10 years as a Middle School Social Worker, with expertise in supporting children and families learning to manage ADHD and ADD. Katie embodies a human and heart centered approach in her work. As a mom herself, she understands what is like to keep balanced amongst the waves of parenting and life.

How to learn and use mindfulness in your life or your child's?

Anxiety and lack of focus can quickly jump into our day. It can be difficult to deal with. Learning mindfulness can help you or your child feel enabled to manage these complex feelings.
