The Story

Life is full of ups and downs. Starting at a young age we face changes and challenges. Hopefully along the way we are figuring out healthy ways to face these changes and deal with these challenges. Unfortunately we don't always have someone by our side to give us the tools to figure out each situation we are facing.


Then there are the times we are simply in the overwhelm zone of life trying to manage a multitude of things at once. Perhaps it is five work projects all with the same deadline, or a school day with three tests. How do you calmly handle the stress of it all?


Or if you are like the majority of people, you have a smart phone and also using a computer. As we modernize our lives with technology at our fingertips, it is easy for our minds to beginning racing between apps, projects, social media, games and all the other possible things to do on our devices. Technology is a great tool but it can also hinder our attention. Some people don't need the help of technology to feel scattered and their mind lacking focus.

The Problem:

Our sessions are engaging, supportive and provide an opportunity for you to uplevel your emotional intelligence.

Meet the Team:

Jen + Katie

From different paths, we came together with a common interest - supporting children and adults to gain life long tools to help them better navigate life's challenges. We support individuals who are interested in growing and evolving, curious about learning, and ready to take small steps towards feeling their best self. 

Jen has been teaching and coaching mindfulness techniques to children and adults since 2015. She is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, and Certified Integrative Health Coach; studying mindfulness since 2012. She enjoys sharing mindfulness in a fun, engaging way.

Katie has been working with children and families for the past 10 years as a Middle School Social Worker, with expertise in supporting children and families learning to manage ADHD and ADD. Katie embodies a human and heart centered approach in her work. As a mom herself, she understands what is like to keep balanced amongst the waves of parenting and life.

How to learn and use mindfulness in your life or your child's?
