10-Week Mindfulness Program (Session I)

Elevate

10-Week Mindfulness Program (Session II)

Go deeper in learning, practicing and connecting through mindfulness. Elevate is the follow up session to Unlock. We will dive deeper into the world of mindfulness with specific focus on improving workplace communications, creating resilience in difficult situations, and develop great compassion and connection amongst your team.

Guided Meditation

One-time Event or Weekly

Research shows that the greatest benefits of mindfulness come from consistent practice. Offer a guided weekly meditation for your team. 30 minute sessions onsite or online. Morning, lunch, afternoon or after work.
