In this 2.5 hour workshop, enjoy the comfort of your home and be guided through steps to create the story you want for yourself in 2024. Led by Reiki Master Michelle Bachna and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Jen Potocnik, you'll be guided through meditations, reflections and intention setting. What to Expect
With each new year, there is a lot of talk about resolutions. Rather than "resolve" what has not been working, we are going to come together to find peace and clarity to give energy towards what we want for ourselves in our life this year. In this 2.5 hour workshop, you'll be guided through many brief meditations between time for reflecting and sharing. We'll take a refresh break half-way through to get tea or fresh air. Coming back together to consciously shape our 2024.
This is an invitation and opportunity to give more energy to the foundation of setting your intentions. Intentions can be feelings you want for yourself, actions you want to take, life goals or how you want to move through this next year of life.
