MindUp begins Fall 2022. The group will meet once per week over 8 weeks. These programs are currently offered by Zoom. Each session is facilitated by Jen Potocnik, Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Certified Fun Facilitator, and Positive Being. The sessions are designed to be informative, engaging and fun. Why join MindUP?

You'll gain skills to help you in your personal relationships with family and friends. Learning to focus the mind is a powerful tool that can help you now and years to come.

MindUP Benefits

Meet Your Program Leader

Jen Potocnik

Teacher, Facilitator + Coach

Hi there! I'm Jen. I have been teaching mindfulness and meditation in 2016 to adults and children. Early on in my life I strived for perfection in all that I did which burnt me out. The high expectations of myself and others was a weight that impacted my health. I began studying mindfulness and meditation and eventually took a yearlong certification program. Studying and eventually teaching Mindfulness has helped me transform my own well-being. I have learned to let go, live with more ease. It has greatly helped my communication with others and much more. I am excited to share tools and resources with you!
