We can create a coaching plan that works with your schedule and life. Coaching can happen over the phone or zoom - whichever you prefer. Some of us need less screens which is why we offer the phone option.

Mindful Living: 4 months, every other week to dive into mindfulness practices to give you skills for life

Life Coaching: 3-12 months, every other week or monthly with guidance to face a big life decision or challenge

ADHD Coaching: 3-6 months, every other week sharing mindfulness tools infused with other therapeutic modalities to help you gain tools to feel more calm and in control

Katie works with parents and caregivers to provide guidance and direction in supporting a child with ADD/ADHD.
