Meet the Team:
Jen, Katie + Michelle
From different paths, we came together with a common interest - supporting people to gain lifelong tools to navigate life's challenges. We support individuals who are ready to grow, curious about learning, and ready to take real steps toward their next chapter.
Jen has been teaching and coaching mindfulness since 2015, studying it since 2012. She's a Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Certified Kids Yoga Instructor, and Certified Integrative Health Coach. She works with people navigating a career or life change, bringing both concrete tools and the emotional intelligence to make the change with clarity instead of chaos.
Katie has been working with children and families for the past 10 years as a Middle School Social Worker, with expertise in supporting children and families learning to manage ADHD and ADD. Katie embodies a human and heart centered approach in her work. As a mom herself, she understands what is like to keep balanced amongst the waves of parenting and life.
Michelle is a Reiki Master and intuitive practitioner with years of experience helping people reconnect with themselves through energy work and meditation. She brings a grounded, intuitive presence to the group coaching programs, helping participants quiet the noise and tune into what they already know. Her calm, perceptive approach creates space for real clarity.
