Find Clarity for What Comes Next

Coaching programs to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with what you actually want, and build a real plan to get there.

The Shift

You're doing fine on paper. But something's off, or quiet, or waiting.

Maybe it's a career that used to fit and doesn't anymore. Maybe it's a life stage that's ending and you haven't figured out what's replacing it. Maybe you just know there's a next chapter, and you haven't had the space to name it.

Most of us don't get taught how to slow down enough to hear our own answer. We're too busy running the life we already have to ask what we actually want from the one we're building.

The Problem:

You sense there's a next step. You don't have the clarity, the language, or the plan to move toward it yet.

The Solution:

Mindfulness isn't just a stress-relief tool — it's how you get quiet enough to hear what you already know, and steady enough to act on it. Our weekly newsletter shares insights to help you develop a practice. Our 1:1 coaching supports you in making real change with guided support.

Grow your knowledge and expand your awareness around mindfulness - what it looks like in your life.

Meet the Team:

Jen + Katie

From different paths, sisters came together with a common interest - supporting people to gain lifelong tools to navigate life's challenges. We support individuals who are ready to grow, curious about learning, and ready to take real steps toward their next chapter.

Jen is a Teacher, Coach and Writer on utilizing mindfulness tools to calm the mind and making real change. She works 1:1 with clients to guide them in making real personal change in their lives. She has been teaching mindfulness programs to children in NYC schools and leading meditations across the U.S. reaching 1000+ individuals. She works with people navigating a career or life change, bringing both concrete tools and the emotional intelligence to make the change with clarity instead of chaos.

Katie has been working with children and families for the past 10 years as a Middle School Social Worker, with expertise in supporting children and families learning to manage ADHD and ADD. Katie embodies a human and heart centered approach in her work. As a mom herself, she understands what is like to keep balanced amongst the waves of parenting and life.
