Calm the Mind + Body

All of us experience racing thoughts. Maybe there is an issue that your mind is replaying. Or there was a conversation in which you wish you'd reacted differently. We have all been there. Simply wishing for things to be different isn't enough. We offer a weekly newsletter every Sunday to share insights to improve your everyday life - at work and at home. For individuals who are ready to explore these practices in a deeper way, we work with clients 1:1 diving deep into practices and to guide you in facing life's challenges. These are lifelong skills.

Ready for A Shift

From the outside, everything seems fine. But inside your mind is racing with thoughts. Your sense is that things could feel better or different.

Maybe things seemed easier for you when you were younger, but as you get older you wonder if things could feel more simple or easier.

Most of us don't get taught how to slow down enough to hear ourselves. We're too busy running through the everyday tasks of life. Mindfulness is a gateway to experience life differently. It's not to say you won't face challenges - but how you react, how you see challenges will shift when you begin to practice and embody mindfulness into your life.

Get started with signing up for our Weekly Insights or jump right in with 1:1 coaching. We are grateful you are here, curious and open to learning, growing and thriving in life.

Grow your knowledge and expand your awareness around mindfulness - what it looks like in your life.

Meet the Team:

Jen + Katie

From different paths, sisters came together with a common interest - supporting people to gain lifelong tools to navigate life's challenges. We support individuals who are ready to grow, curious about learning, and ready to take real steps toward their next chapter.

Jen is a Teacher, Coach and Writer on utilizing mindfulness tools to calm the mind and make real life change. She works 1:1 with clients to guide them in making real personal change in their lives. She has been teaching mindfulness programs to children in NYC schools and leading meditations across the U.S. reaching 1000+ individuals. She works with people interested in developing their emotional intelligence and/or interested in a change in life (career or personal). She shares concrete tools and the emotional intelligence to help you make the change with clarity instead of chaos.

Katie has been working with children and families for the past 10 years as a Middle School Social Worker, with expertise in supporting children and families learning to manage ADHD and ADD. Katie embodies a human and heart centered approach in her work, and infuses mindfulness practices along with therapeutic modalities to support and guide towards lasting change. As a mom herself, she understands what is like to keep balanced amongst the waves of parenting and life.
